Job Access Reverse Commute (JARC) Transit is a federally funded PUBLIC transportation system.  Service is available to ANYONE needing transportation.

Three Easy Steps to Get Service:

  • Call the Dispatcher

  • State your destination and pick up time

  • State if you will need a return trip

The fleet consists of lift-equipment vehicles making the system accessible to anyone.

Monthly Pass $35.00 Elderly/Disabled $25.00
Children Under 5 FREE Youth Pass $20.00

Monday thru Friday 8pm - 2am

Saturday 12pm - 4pm and 8pm - 2am

 

Transit services in Ottumwa and the surrounding 10 counties has been provided to the general public through Ottumwa Transit Authority and 10-15 Regional Transit Agency.
