How to Use the OTA LIFT

Step#1

Call the OTA office at 641-683-0695 for an OTA LIFT application form or download and print the form.

Step#2

Return the completed OTA LIFT Application for to the OTA office at 2417 S Emma as soon as possible.

This form will be processed within 30 days.

Step#3

Starting immediately, you may reserve your ride by calling OTA LIFT at:  641-683-0695.  Please call at least 24 hours or more in advance of the desired pick up time.

OTA LIFT Fares

$2.50 each way - escorts ride FREE

Higher fares required for trips outside of Ottumwa

OTA LIFT Service Descriptions

The OTA LIFT will meet you at the curb and take you to the curb of your destination.  OTA LIFT service will be provided Monday thru Saturday.  Your trip may be shared with other riders, therefore, the pick up and drop off times may be adjusted to accommodate all riders.

OTA LIFT Hours of Operation

6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday thru Friday

9:40am to 4pm Saturday

9am to 3pm Sunday

No service on the seven major holidays.
